Two-To-Get 10% Monthly Fee Discount – Terms and Conditions

1. “Two-To-Get 10% Monthly Fee Discount” (“The Promotion”) is provided by China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (“CMHK”)
2. This Promotion commences from now until further notice (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligible customers can enjoy below offer in promotion period: 
(a) New customers who subscribe two or more designated service plans at the same time for 24-month with the same valid identity document, the designated service plans can enjoy 10% monthly fees discount for the first 24-month; or
(b) New customers who subscribe designated service plans which are not activated at the same time, the offer effective date shall be calculated based on the successful activation (ie, the data or voice function is successfully connected to CMHK’s network) of the second designated service plan. The designated service plans can enjoy 10% monthly fees discount in the remaining contract period.
(c)Existing mobile service plan customers or Home Broadband customers signing a 12/24-month contract who subscribe the second or more designated service plans for 24-month, the new subscribed service plans can enjoy 10% monthly fees discount. The monthly fees remains unchanged for the service plans subscribed before promotion period. The promotion is not applicable to the new customers who subscribe to designated 4.5G Full Speed Local Data Service Plan during the first 6 months from the service plan effective date. 
For whatever reason, if eligible customers terminate the service plan within the contract period; or their mobile service is suspended or terminated, CMHK will reserves the right to cancel the offer of customer without prior notice.
Customers are required to pay an additional $18 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fees for each designated service plan according to the terms of the service contract.
4. Designated service plans for the promotion includes “Bay Area Service Plan”, “4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan”, and “School 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan” (“Designated Service Plan”)
5. Each eligible customer can repeatedly subscribe the same designated service plan to enjoy the offer. For avoidance of doubts, each eligible customer can subscribe “Bay Area Service Plan”, “4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan”, and “School 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan” at the same time. “School 4.5G Full Speed Local Service Plan” can only be subscribed twice with the same valid identity document. 
6. Unless otherwise specified, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
7. All new subscribed designated service plans shall successfully activated within 90 days upon signing the contract. The offer is not eligible for customers who fail to activate the service or unable to satisfy the above requirements. 
8. Time is of the essence relating to Customer’s payment obligations hereunder. Unless otherwise specified, all invoices (posted in whatever form) shall be due on the date specified therein. The customer shall settle the service charges on or before the due date stated in the invoice. CMHK will consider the status of the relevant accounts of the Customer, and reserves the right to cancel the offer of customer. 
9. The offer is subject to relevant terms and conditions of the designated service plans. 
10. Eligible customers agree to fully indemnify CMHK from and against any claim or claim arising out of any breach of laws, these Terms and Conditions or third party rights.
11. Participant in this Promotion is deemed to have read and agreed these terms and conditions.
12. CMHK has the discretion to disqualify and claim compensation from any Eligible User who CMHK, in its sole discretion, suspects (i) any dishonest conduct, false or inaccurate information provided or (ii) any breaches of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable laws or regulations, without notice or reason, and without any liability to any person and/or seek to recover any damages and losses to us and/or in relation to your breach.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Eligible Customers participating in the Campaign agree that any litigation or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
14. CMHK reserves the right to alter any content of the Campaign, terminate the Campaign, and/or change, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. In case of any disputes, CMHK reserves the right to make the final decision.

MyLink Points will be credited to the customer’s MyLink account within 7 working days upon service activated successfully. MyLink Points will be expired on 30 Jun 2020.
